What does the role of Business Advisor/Sales Associate entail?

Fundamentally, you work as a sales associate - you are an important part of the daily operations in the store, providing our customers with world-class service and finding the best solutions based on their needs. However, in this role, you also have a clear responsibility for the store's business sales. This means that you are the store's primary contact for our business customers and actively work with both new sales and relationship-building efforts with existing business customers. Together with your team and under the guidance of your Sales Manager, you are responsible for developing the store's work within the business segment, both in terms of results, customer satisfaction, and working methods.

You are self-driven, proactive, and have an eye for identifying business opportunities. You enjoy connecting with new people, both in-store and through proactive sales outside the store's walls.
